Store Return and Refund Policy:

1. General Policy
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. Custom-Made Jewelry
- All sales are final for custom-made items unless a manufacturing defect is present.

3. Manufacturing Defects
- Report defects within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.

4. Return Process
- Contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to a defect.

5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before production starts. A cancellation fee may apply if production has begun.

6. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, and resized rings are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as returns and new purchases. A shipping fee may apply for exchanges below a certain value threshold.
